The launch list
When you submit the signup form and choose to receive launch news, we save your email address, optional product interest, signup date and source, and the consent wording/version you accepted. The form stores these records privately with Vercel. It does not automatically enroll you in another brand's list or send an email when you sign up. A duplicate address receives the same confirmation without revealing list membership.
Signup records do not automatically expire in the current system. To leave the list or request access, correction or deletion, email nick@americansoybeanco.com. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option when campaigns begin. We may keep limited consent or opt-out information where needed to respect your choices or meet legal obligations. Your signup information is not sold. If a messaging provider is introduced to send the updates you requested, it will process the information needed to provide that service.
Website and email information
Vercel hosts the site. Hosting/security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, referring page and request times to deliver and secure it. We do not add advertising trackers, marketing analytics or session-recording tools to this website, or use it to follow your activity across other websites. It therefore does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Technical logs and backups follow provider retention settings.
Email links open your email application and do not send messages automatically. If you email us, we receive your address and what you include and use it to respond. Email providers process those messages. Sending an inquiry does not add you to the launch list. Correspondence is retained as needed to handle the inquiry and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations.
Other websites and changes
Links to USA TOFU, American Soybean Co. and social platforms lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices. We will update this notice and its effective date when practices change. For a material change, we will also place a notice on this website or contact affected people where appropriate. New collection features will be described before they are introduced.
